FAQ

Can I get my jewelry wet?
Absolutely! Our clients regularly work out, swim and shower in their chains. It will not impact the durability of the metal. Exposure to salt water or harsh chemicals can increase the risk of the chain tarnishing.

How do I take off my chain?
You can clip your chain with a pair of kitchen scissors or contact us for assistance.

Can I wear my jewelry during an MRI or medical procedure?
Unfortunately the metal will interfere with testing but we will re-weld any chain for FREE if it is removed for a medical procedure.

How should I clean my jewelry?
We always recommend cleaning the chain with Dawn dish soap, rinsing, and drying with a soft cloth. If the chain encounters moisture often, we recommend a weekly or biweekly clean.

How do I book an appointment? Can I book an appointment for just me?
Of course! You do not have to have a large group to enjoy luxury service. We accept in-person or remote consults. The best way to book an appointment is to email kismetchains@gmail.com. Individual appointments preferred at public pop-ups.

What will this cost me?
It depends on the metal design & length. The chain is priced individually by the inch. We offer free consultations for any menu requests or questions.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash or Zelle is best. Mastercard, VISA, Discover, and American Express incur a 3% fee.

Can I wear my jewelry through airport security?
Yes! Permanent jewelry meets TSA standards.

How long will my piece last?
With proper care, your piece should last you many years down the road.
